Introduction
Company will release How Oranges are Made this year. The company is currently in the process of procuring investors to invest in the company so that the company can accomplish the following: 1) Release the book in English & Spanish. The book is a fantasy for children on how oranges came to be in the world and contains 56 fantastic paintings. 6 of these paintings may be seen at our website howorangesaremade. com. We expect the book to be a phenomenal success based on preliminary feedback from consumers. 2) Complete registration of over 20 trademarks (4 key ones to start) . The company has created a marketing program for the citrus industry which presently is losing sales to a variety of other juice products. James Zirin will use investor money to print the book in 2 languages and procure 4 open trademarks that are essential to the release of the book and are the foundation of the marketing plan for the citrus industry to turn their sales around. The company plans to print the book and present the trademarks and marketing plan to the citrus industry in Florida to start in hopes of procuring a percentage of the increase of orange juice sales and products for permission to use said trademarks in the promotion of orange products, procuring additional marketing of the book, and to increase the publicity of our book characters in hopes of procuring numerous licensing agreements to market the characters and products based around them to parents of children. James Zirin is confident that by using the marketing plan he has designed in conjunction with the trademarks he will procure with investors money, that he can increase orange juice sales by 25-50% . This will generate any where from $75, 000, 000- $150, 000, 000 in revenue from Florida alone for How Oranges Are Made, Inc. The citrus industry will have no risk in using the program since their cost will be based on the increase in orange juice sales. James Zirin feels very confident that they will adopt his program as a fresh approach to their, in James Zirin's words, misdirected and lame $60, 000, 000 marketing campaign that is failing! 3) Create a foundation to help needy children and other humanitarian causes. The company is going to kick off the entire campaign by doing a charity march for children. Name of march to be disclosed. We are currently negotiating with numerous celebrities to endorse this march. The basis of the march is twofold. 1) To raise money for the foundation to help needy children. 2) To gain invaluable free publicity of our cause and create awareness for our book and fabulous characters which we plan to make into icons for children. We plan to leverage that publicity to help children. Investors in the company can donate their profits, if they wish, to the foundation which will be created by James Zirin. James Zirin will use How Oranges Are Made, Inc. as a vehicle to promote the foundation and the foundation will be a vehicle to help children as well as promote the products and licensing of the products for the company through the publicity the foundation generates. James Zirin plans to donate most of the profits from his stock ownership in How Oranges Are Made, Inc. to the foundation to help children. The process will be exactly as one hand washes the other. 4) Investors interested in seeing how this company can generate over a billion in sales will need to meet personally with James Zirin. They may sign a Non-Disclosure agreement and see the marketing program we plan to unfold and information on how they may invest. Currently James Zirin owns 85% of the company and his sister, who did the paintings owns 15% . James Zirin is willing to sell up to 25% of the company to raise money to procure the trademarks, print and distribute the book, set up the foundation and develop strategies for further promotion of the foundation, characters, licensing of products based around the characters of the book and mainly to help needy children as its final goal.
